As a PhD student, Isaac and the Isaac Sanders Consulting team prioritize research to inform their work. The way that we define research is not confined to the academy but working with folks in community, utilizing mixed methodology, to conduct small research studies that can provide information to you. This includes but is not limited to:

Community feedback on work impact

Isaac Sanders Consulting specializes in strategic design and development of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion programming along with any community lead programming that involves hiring lived experience. As we expand we will add more options to our menu of options. We will be able to:
Support the construction of JEDI based foundational frameworks within program design
Work with leadership to construct goals, visions, and the mission of the department
Support construction of equitable hiring materials and build personalized templates for job descriptions
Coach leadership on supervision of department so that it can be the most successful
